Circle K Coming to Trailwinds Village
 

A Circle K gas station/convenience store will be built on 466A in the Trailwinds Village development. Plans will be reviewed at the April 4 Wildwood Planning and Zoning Board meeting.

This is the third business to be named for that development - Lowe's and Aldi are the others.

Other possible businesses have been reported, but not named - medical facilities, multi-story self storage building, golf cart sales/repair, indoor shooting range, liquor store, assisted living facility and residential homes.

And one more time - it is not golf cart accessible.

An ABC Liquor Store is scheduled to be built at Trailwinds.

I hope that this gas station has cheap gas prices like the 2 Shell stations on 466, just east of Publics. The Shell station east of Colony is ALWAYS higher than these 2 stations & Clark by Winn Dixie could use some competition to lower there prices. How can there be a 10 cent swing in gas prices between 466 & 466A gas station???
Are the people around 466A RICHER than their northern bretherin?

The Gas Station this morning 04/01/17 @ Pinallas cost for Reg Gasoline @2.54 9/10..Gas Stations @ 301/Rainey Trail..and CR 466 nr Walmart...$2.21 9/10...$.33 cent difference in price per Gal. of Reg.

The Contractors in particular are being taking for a ride Big Time at that location..and I see a lot of contractors going there.

Gas at at Shell, Chipping Norton, UK. this morning was $6.55 per gallon.

That's as cheap as it has been for a while!

When the Walmart gas station opens at Colony you should see prices come down. Right now there is no competition for the Shell station.

There is no gas station planned for the colony walmart, which will be a walmart neighborhood grocery store, not a full walmart.

The 2 gas stations on 466A are lining there pockets now with $$$ before competition comes to town.

I was hoping for a top tier gas station to be built there such as Chevron or Mobil. Some circle K sells Shell which would be good.

I believe yesterday's (April 1)
Local News section of the Villages Daily Sun stated that the new Neighborhood Walmart will indeed have a gas station.
