We have Comcast with no contract. Every contact with customer service has been resolved quickly with little hold times. Spectrum was costing us $160 for cable and internet. Internet speed was laughable at an average of 5mbps during non-peak times. We couldn't watch a TV show if two recordings were in progress at the same time. Brighthouse equipment is the worse and Spectrum hasn't upgraded, yet they increased our bill another $15 per month to $175.
Do a search of Spectrum and you'll find they are being sued by multiple parties for not delivering as advertised internet speed.
We are now paying less than $100 per month (no contract) with equipment 20 years ahead of Spectrum, much faster internet speed and now we can record up to 6 programs at the same time.
5 of our neighbors have dumped Spectrum for Comcast, and for good reason.
