Monthly Utilities Cost
 

I am trying to put together a set of cost projections for a 3 bed 2 bath Amarillo ranch home. I would like to ask anyone that owns and occupies this model how much will the gas/electric, basic cable tv, and internet (no phone service) cost monthly when the house is occupied full time by two adults ?
Thanks, I love TV and can't wait to buy a place there.

Gas / Electric (July / August) = $170.00 Normally Lower
Comcast bundle = $127.00

If you haven't already discovered it, look at the section on this forum called Nuts and bolts of The Villages. It appears at the bottom. You will find three posts titled, Moving to the Villages. They have a wealth of information.
