Red Lobster on CR-466 - Great experience
 

One of our party of four had a very good experience at Red Lobster last night. One of the members of the party got the Bar Harbor Lobster pot. It was a very expensive item. After receiving it she didn't like the taste. Didn't think they would take it back. The manager came over and asked what happened. She said she had this before and this time it tasted different. The manager said they cook it differently now. She took back the entry (with no charge for it) AND gave her another entry for free.

Now that is customer service. They went beyond what would have been expected in this situation. Thank you Red Lobster.

Good thinking on part of manager. Often these kind of actions result in very good public relations unless you get people trying to take advantage of the restaurant.

I went to Red Lobster this week and had a very nice lobster dinner because of their lobster feast. Everything was absolutely perfect! I do not understand why more people don't go to Red Lobster instead of the Bonefish because it's definitely cheaper and just as good!

Being from New England I tend to avoid chain seafood restaurants. Good to hear you enjoy it though.
