In my 37 years of computers and dozens of applications, I have never received notice of a license key expiring. The only things that do expire at all are paid subscriptions such as online subscription to Wall Street Journal, Ancestry, etc.

I have phone ID and remember the time this came in at about 7:38 PM 4/13/2017--

And the person did sound Pakistani.
