Almost On Our Way!
 

After fifteen months the Purchase & Sales has been signed and the Sold Sign is out front. Closing is September 30th. Otis and I should be there by October 3rd. My plan is to rent and with my Realtor make the hard decision between the purchase of a new Jasmine II or the Grantham since I like both and will have to see each in person. I like the idea and the privacy the Villa provides but like the two car garage and layout better in the Jasmine II. Getting excited now had a couple of disappointments with a sale falling through. People are still losing their jobs. I have been on this forum for almost two years now. I feel I know you all and over time most all my questions have been answered. I have my printed copy of the ZCAVEMAN'S Things to Think About, He always has the best answers. Once I get a little settled I'll come over to meet you all at Crispers.
