This will be about my 3rd one of these or so. I also do the Loud Boys Club Blood Drives when I can. Platelet donations often get in the way.

I go back to platelets in about 10 days.

Mary was there at the Parrot Head Blood Drive but no sign of Juanita. The bus I was on was loud with a Spanish language radio station. Seemed to be a lot of happy workers on there.

Iron was 15.2 which is good. I should be able to go back on the platelets soon.

And I got a free movie ticket which is also quite good. :BigApplause::welcome:

Blanca and Juanita were the only regulars there. There were 2 people from Clermont to help out. The platelet side was very busy, 11 donors. Not many whole blood donors though. Two guys were there to just have their blood drawn for medicinal purposes and disposed of. Something new for people who have this done, they can no longer accept cash for this and they cannot accept credit cards either, checks only. One guy had to go home and get a check.

I am doing platelets in about ten days.

A guy named Joshua did my blood draw. I believe the blood mobile I was on yesterday must have come from some other area as I did not recognize anyone on that bus.

Mary must have been working on another bus.

Good to hear that Juanita is working at the One Blood Center.
