Prism Outage
Has anyone gotten a straight answer about the Prism outage since Tuesday afternoon? I got a text at 1:21 a.m. saying it is fixed, but still no service, even after rebooting.

We haven't had any problems. Your outage could be local, or a problem with your equipment. If you still have internet service, try their online chat line.

Still out for us. This morning about 6:00 the automated status said no problem detected, but when I called back about 8:00 with no service the status said problem has been identified and expected solution by noon. At noon they will say 6 pm and then 10 pm and so on.

CenturyLink outage 4/25 - 4/28:
I was without service for over 2 days. They are not going to give me a credit because I do not have a work ticket. I called the internet outage line about 20 times during the 2+ day outages and never spoke to anyone. Does anyone have a work item for the outage? Anyone have a suggestion for a service provider for 3 services. I have had it with CL. Thanks |
I was told by CenturyLink Customer Care that they will credit 3 days service on next bill. The ID # for this outage is 2879886.
