Thanks for trying to help. RickeyD really has it out for me with hours of online harassment each night the past two nights. Dozens of pictures of covers from men's Nazi SM art half naked whip, ax, chain, etc., magazines from the 1960s was last night's trick before that space oriented ones the night before. A bombardment of these all over the thread.

A retaliatory joke or barb is one thing and generally accepted on some of these forums. But, an agenda is bullying. Some of you take this stuff personal and carry it way too far. Up to now, I joined in with the laughing and joking. But, I will not be part of a harassment and bullying.

Tal, you bring a lot of this onto yourself. However, joking aside I will not participate in any future attacks. There really is a difference between joking and harassing.

If any of you wish to mess with me because of my comment, bring it on. But, since you do NOT know me you might want to come prepared for the long haul.

I am going to suggest that the person that started this thread, delete his comments. It is in poor taste and not in line with our general good will in The Villages.

Tal, I apologize for any part where I may have contributed to this. I still disagree politically with you, but I am NOT a bully. I believe that the "joking" has become too personal. I won't participate in it again, UNLESS someone attacks me personally.

This is disgusting and ridiculous.

I will admit I do open myself up to personal attack by putting too much of my life online. However the starter of this thread told me he was going to target me from now on which he is doing relentlessly and I do not know this person as far as I am aware and my only beef with him is that I respect Ivanka Trump for what she is trying to do for various groups of people. I said as much and this poster came back with some kind of suggestion that I wanted to have sex with her. No I do not. I called his post vulgar and now he keeps insisting I apologize when he was clearly in the wrong.

This man has blown this into a flame war when I know nothing about this person nor want to. He has started a campaign of harassment against me.

Tal, if you are outgunned, don't join into the fight. You are exposing your weakness to the predators. You do NOT need to explain. When advice is offered in good faith, entertain the suggestion and consider using it.
That's all I've got.

He is on my Ignore List and I have decided to go do something else if and when he shows up on Talk of the Villages Political Forum.

I do Review Post just to see what trick he is attempting now. Then they stay on the Ignore List so I do not see these attacks.

In my view you have done absolutely nothing to deserve this treatment and the poster is acting out of pure arrogance. You have accomplished much in your life to be proud of and have shared that with others.

Again I say the comments are made out of ignorance because there are many legitimate/human/legal reasons why parents and children live together.

If there is any pity here it leans toward the OP because he appears not to have an ounce of compassion or respect for anyone.
