Low carb group ..New body under construction The low carb way

Hello everyone ..
My name is Terry Davis ..I would like to start a low carb group here in The Villages .
I already have one on Facebook, it's free if you like to join .
New body under construction The low carb way ..just put that in the search box and it will come up .
I began low carb 3.11.16 after going to the ER and the story goes from there which will all be explained ..I LOST 135 pounds as of today in just 14 months ..if you would like to join please let me know
I will Be in The Daily Sun next week and Villages news talking about low carb and how I LOST it.

Also you can friend me on Facebook to see my low carb journey and pictures. I'am off all diabetes and high blood pressure meds now and feel amazing so I'am out to help anyone I can as I promised myself of o ever LOST weight and got healthy again that's what I would do.

Uggg lol I'm tired ..since 3.11.16

I have been on low-carb since 1998 after reading Atkins and a Canadian military study.
I try to stay under 30g carbs per day - Now if I can only put down the beer, cheese cake, and pecan pie.....

Great Job! However, I won't be joining, never had a weight problem. Keep up the good work and good luck on keeping it going. One picture is worth a 1000 words.
