Idea from "Extra Crispy" website... Egg in a Waffle!

First I fried a couple pieces of bacon. Next toasted a frozen waffle. When out of the toaster cut a 2" hole in the middle and with the bacon done, I put the donuwaffle in the frying pan and broke a medium egg into the center hole.

Let the donueggwaffle fry and one side and then flipped it over to finish up. I took it off the heat a little quick and got a runny egg, but the crisp from the bacon grease on the waffle more than made up for it. Finished it off with some salt, pepper, and syrup.

Wow. Worth doing again.
