If you're looking for the perfect place to enjoy The Villages--look no further!! This lovely 2 bedroom/2 bath patio villa is ready for you. Among its many perks is location. It is located less than 2 miles from the Spanish Springs Town Square and less than 3 miles from Lake Sumter!
New flooring, lighting, ceiling fans, and skylights will add to your enjoyment as well as 2 flat screen TV's. The outdoor patio is covered and lighted so you can enjoy being outside even on the hottest of days.
Everything else you need to enjoy the comforts of home are included! Gas grill, WiFi, X1 voice-activated remote and cable, a furnished lanai with sunscreens and a Honolulu blue golf cart is in the garage.
June, July and August are only $850 a month! September and October are $950
