Needs someone to enjoy and take care of it for the month of Aug, Sept, Oct....Dec....or May 2018 onward..
would like an annual renter for May onward..possible 1-4 years of renting for year round.

$1500 monthly rental annually..you pay inside costs, I take care of amenity, lawn and bug care. You pay membership $50 annually.
