This is a long shot.... Looking for gentleman that had rescued a red chow chow earlier this year...

In the spring we met a man on the cart path around the mulberry dog park that had rescued a red chow chow.
Sadly the dog took ill and the gentleman had to put his dog down.
We know this gentleman from Pennsylvania was desperately looking for another rescue....

We have crossed paths with a chow chow looking for a forever home.....

Now if we could only find the man from Pennsylvania....anyone by chance know this gentleman?
