Beware of Appliance repair and airconditioner

Do yourself a big favor and eliminate your grief. Don't ever use 2 Brothers Appliance and air-conditioning repair. The guys name is James . He tells you he will come evaluate the problem and give you an estimate. Well, instead of getting back to me, he went and supposedly added Freon to my frig without my consent. told my tenant that it can last a week a month or a year. Charged me over $200.00 and a month later the frig died again. I called he and said I guess I will have to now buy a new frig , but can you go over and add a little more Freon to hold the frig and my tenants food for a few days till the new frig arrives. he said he would free of charge and I also offered him the old one to use for parts. I didn't have the new one ordered with removal of old frig b/c he was taking it. Well, he never showed up, made multiple calls and texts. Even my tenant called and was told he was running late. Then through a very nasty text back to me, He said its air conditioning season and he finds going over a waste of resources. I asked for half my payment back and he replied very unprofessional saying I have a **** attitude lady and that Im blacklisted! What a joke. I then had to find someone else b/c now the new frig came and wasn't installed b/c this jerk was supposed to do it. Wound up costing me more, tenants lost a lot of food and my linoleum got ripped. MORAL OF THE STOREY- DONT EVER EVER USE 2 BROTHERS APPLIANCE REPAIR!!!!
After the whole debacle, I looked him up and he had awful reviews after awful reviews and his fowl attitude.

DO USE TIM FROM HITV. He was wonderful and so reliable. Also the villages had first recommended Patty from PQ appliance repair. Didn't use her but she was very informative and helpful.

All I can say is I bought a used washing machine from him six years ago for $100 and it's still going strong-he gave me a one year guarantee and it still works perfectly

I bought 34 fridges from a military base in 2000 and sold some of them to appliance guys. Based upon that life lesson I am convinced that the best appliance repair guys are the ones that are closest to a 'real'' corporate firm. The small time guys seemed to take everything personal, not as a business decision.

:shocked: I don't get it! Someone buys something used(Frig.,Cart, etc.) cheap from someone looking for a GOOD BUY and gets a GOOD-BYE.... then comes to this site to bitch and warn us. Maybe they should have looked here 1st.:ohdear:
