The Clinton Foundation has admitted to taking $1 million from the Qatar government, claiming it was to celebrate Bill Clinton’s 65th birthday. They did not report this donation to the State Dept, which violates an ethics agreement signed by Hillary. According to Reuters, the State Dept said they have no record of the “birthday gift.”
The unreported donation was found among the emails from Hillary's email server, and was published by WikiLeaks.
