Three CNN journalists, including the executive editor in charge of a new investigative unit, have resigned after the publication of a Russia-related article that was retracted.

But, he assured us that he is indeed a Republican. He just doesn't support Republicans or vote for them, or even have a decent thing to say about them. But, he is a conservative and he swears by that statement.

Be assured, the mistakes they made....oh, and not sure you actually read their terrible sins...but they actually walked it back, apologized and it never ever made it to the TV screen, only for a short time on line. They trusted someone and the story was simply about a meeting, nothing more.

The cover, dated March 1, 2009, was never published by the magazine at any point, a spokeswoman for Time confirmed.

“I can confirm that this is not a real TIME cover,” Kerri Chyka wrote to the Post in an email.

"This morning President Donald Trump was on a rampage, attacking CNN for publishing “FAKE NEWS”.

"That’s nothing new, but the whole reason that Trump was attacking the cable news station was because they retracted an article about alleged Trump/Russia ties which they deemed to have been published inappropriately by some of their editors. Management basically said that they require more sources for a news story to go public than what the original editors actually had.

The article that was reported on, connected Trump confidant, Anthony Scaramucci with investigations into the Russian Direct Investment Fund. CNN never went live with the story on air, but there was an article published for a short time on their website.

Trump brutally attacked CNN for being ‘FAKE NEWS’, yet it was CNN who decided to remove it because of a lack of confidence in the sources.

While Trump was attacking the cable news network for publishing the story, the man who the story was aimed at, Anthony Scaramucci, had nothing but compliments for CNN. He tweeted, “CNN did the right thing. Classy move. Apology accepted. Everyone makes mistakes. Moving on.”

So there you have it. Even Scaramucci himself realizes that CNN corrected an honest mistake. Isn’t this more respectful than Fox News who continues to report on fake Seth Rich stories?
