The worst contractors in the villages?
 

My vote is for SERVICE SMART! They are worthless, don't show up ( unless you call and complain ) and do a poor job when they do.

service Smart was mt first thought when I saw the thread title. Glad I wasn't disappointed.

Tom, every other week.

Have annual agreement for lawn,shrub and pest treatments. They haven't showed up since March 3rd. They can kiss my a:@/@;. Going to DIY.

We fired them!!! Terrible service....that is if and when they ever showed up! Do not give them money up front with the contract. Luckily we got our money back. When we had them we actually had other lawn services stop and ask if we had a lawn service. That is how bad it was!

We also got rid of them.

It is a problem finding a replacement for a company when they go bad on you. Our Landscaper advertises on here so I have had a lot of luck with Contractors from TOTV'S. When they run a thread on here about their service I support them because they do what I pay them to do each week on time no story. Today marks the third week of a no show, no call, they show eventually but it is supposed to be once a week on the same day give or take one day. That's what really get's me no communication. I don't want to name them yet but I will if things don't improve quickly. Just before I give them a pat on the back on here I think to myself by helping them I'm possibly hurting me. Wish I could do it myself. Peace Out!

So based on the aforementioned comments one can safely conclude that smart service is not so smart

I hope all these comments are 100% true, otherwise this thread is nothing but the basis for a libel suit.
