Seems congress sees the danger
 

Always been my feeling that if Trump wants to make an ass of himself, and his supporters, since he was elected not much can be done.

BUT my fear has been on the international front, but appears congress sees the danger also.

They have...

.....passed sanctions on Russia, but provided with the bill it very uniquely gives congress the ability to review any attempt by the Trump administration to interfere. The senate vote was 97-2. While the United States congress has condemned Russia, our President has not and is still lobbying on behalf of Russia with his own congress !

.....House appropriations comm is finally after years, moving on getting rid of the 2001 AUMF, the authorization used to use force and by pass congress. This will take debate but first step was to get this out of comm. and BOTH parties agreed.

As offensive as Trump is on every single level, at least they are quietly working to get around him.

They need to make a bi partisan move on health care and taxes, because he could care less, UNLESS it makes him a hero.

Recall when the President actually cared about the country.

But good news. They appear to get it and are moving forward on a number of fronts.

Doubt it...I've been posting about the destruction of America because of the growing minority majority...people ignore it. I doubt many CAN think critically. They believe the lies coming from the media.

Which is worthless? Congress or polls? Or BOTH?
