I strongly recommend that anyone considering using a landscape company named SERVICE SMART look very close at their performance rating. I have been trying to get a $595 refund for a WEED & TRIM contract that had a "notice of right to cancel" clause within 3 days. This company refuses to do the refund, I call everyday inquiring of the refund status, Ask the owner (Ken Smith) to return my calls, no call.
I have been a long term(since 2005) customer for their bug/terminate services. They have no regard for customer loyalty or doing what is"right by their customer" Bad company! |
Contact Seniors against crime, if you used a credit card, contact the card company about the dispute. Hopefully this will get your refund before you need to get lawyers involved. Hope all goes better.

We fired them as well. The workmanship was horrible. We switched to Deans and have been satisfied with their lawn and pest control. Not so much with the plants and trees.

I too got rid of them after 2 years of marginal service. They were responsible for killing most of my shrubs. Will not refund or even come out to see the plants. Very poor company to deal with.
