How are you celebrating National Pina Colada Day?

Post your best home recipe here. I will test and report results. Might need additional tasters.

Oh noooooo, now that pina colada song will be stuck in my head all day.

Anyway, I don't have a recipe for the drink, but I remember making pina colada cakes a very long time ago......I think it might have been in the late 1980s.......It might have been a company dessert recipe after I was done with the fondue for company phase which I think was the early 80s....though you could fondue a pineapple as I recall.......Oh well, I digress.....Next thing you know I will be babbling on and on about bourbon weenies in a crockpot.

It would be fun to make that cake again. Would it be OK to ask if anybody has the recipe for the pina colada cake, too?

I'm celebrating with a Maker's Mark Bourbon. Is that wrong? Seems good to me.
