The Trumpanzee tweeted that the USA and Russia should form a Joint Cyber Security Unit. Naturally, other GOP leaders thought that this was a stupid idea.

Sec of Treasury Mnuchin said on the Sunday morning talk shows this was a brilliant idea and would be great for both nations.

The Trumpanzee reversed himself 13 hours after the initial tweet and said it was not going to happen. This sudden reversal left Mnuchin out by himself with a stupid look on his face of "What happened?"
