- The first half of the Video describes the SAE Definition.

- The second half of the Video is some sort of informational seminar describing the challenges of Achieving Level 5. Level 5 might not be available for another decade+. But several auto manufacturers claim they plan to have Level 4 vehicles available around the 2021 time-frame.
