T & D Pools & Spa - SLOW REPAIRS
 

I called T & D back in December to get some cracks repaired around the spa handle. T & D installed the spa when the house was built.

After 7 months, I'm now 29 on the list to get my spa repaired. Nothing like fast customer service. At this rate, it will be over a year since I first called T & D to start the repair.

This kind of service after the sale should be considered before using T & D.

You said you called but have you gotten an estimate from them? I also had damage around the spa grab rail. It was because of an improper rail install.

I had them tear out a block and pour a new block. I had them add five additional decos and i had them repaint my lanai and birdcage. Despite the unusual and frequent rainfall. they responded within a reasonable time, did effect good repairs and all of them were polite and helpful.

I hope you too have a similar experience.

T&D guarantees their concrete work against cracks for 25 years. The OP shouldn't wait 7 months for this repair.
