This is Alarming!

First a little background. There is a news show named 'Vice News' that caters to millennials. They produce news and special reports. They have a show on HBO. But a lot of their shows are on Youtube also.

The first I heard of it was in this morning's Sun, they said the police had arrested a 15 year old and he's being charged for most of these attacks.
