Pickleball Rule Question - How Many "Let" Serves Can You Have?

Played Pickleball today in NH. I had two "let" serves in sequence. Was told I could not serve a third time. Have been researching online to find the answer.

So far have found...

Let Serve in the BC Pickleball rules Rules | BC Pickleball

"A serve striking the net and landing within the service court is called a “let” and another serve is necessary.
There is no limit to the number of times a “let” can occur."

And from International Federation of Pickleball International Federation of Pickleball

..."Let serves are replayed." No mention of a limit.

Is there another source I should check?

TIA

They are unlimited, however when you hit 3 in a row you have to buy lunch for everyone in your foursome!

Sounds like someone was getting "creative" with the let rules (in their favor, of course). You can "let" till the net falls off, and you still get another serve if the ball lands in the service court.:pepper2:

As Long as it hits pass the no volley line and inside or on all other lines in the box (did your opponents think it hit the no volley line?) . it can't hit the no volley line. Only sport I ever played where line hit is NOT GOOD. But, Pickleball still in the 20 century, last sport with sideouts. IF it ever makes big time TV I bet sideouts will go, but that will probably be 2045?:D
