Can't upload a PDF
 
I have repeatedly attempted to upload a PDF from my computer as an attachment to a post. In fact, I tried it with this post.

I get an error message: Upload of file failed.

The file is 3.59 MB, way below the max size of 19.07 MB.

Can you help?

That has happened to me several times. Turned out I was not signed in.
