What is the deal with the taste of sodas, and water?,had a soda last week and couldn't drink it , not the first time weird taste From the sodas and water they serve

We have no problem with the water at Glenview. I see this is your first post. If you're new here, maybe it's just different than what you are used to.

You want a great tasting Coke, go to Steak & Shake, they'll also bring you refills fast! Their Milk Shakes aren't bad either, I never eat at the country clubs.

We had a Martini and a ice water yesterday with our cheeseburgers. All were good.

All fluids have been tasty at Glenview for us.

Did you complain to the manager? Several times I have experienced the situation (at several different eateries) where someone mixed up the DIET and non diet sodas, we hate the diet versions. Occasionally the equipment messes up the mixing ratio.

I have that problem at McCall's. One thing that frequently happens is that the sanitizer that is used on the glasses is not completely rinsed off. Try asking for it in a go cup. That usually works for me.

Switch to booze or beer. They both taste great!

Sometimes, they don't clean the soda "guns" as well as they should.

What did the manager say was the problem? Surely, you spoke to the manager if the water and the sodas has bad taste that you couldn't drink it.
