House Washing
 

Used TLC House Washing yesterday and today for one stucco and one vinyl sided house. Very happy with results, Jeff (owner) was professional, neat, customer oriented, and left no doubt in my mind that my satisfaction was his number one priority.

Can I ask how much????

I use TLC also. Very good! Very customer oriented. I have a Wisteria and the charge is $54 I think. When he does several homes in a row and it is cheaper.

He charged $50 for the designer (stucco) and $40 for the CYV (vinyl). Normal prices are $55 and $45 but he gives a $5 discount the first time you use him. I did not have him do the lanai at the designer - would have been an extra $8.00. Prices will vary by house but should be in the range I paid.

Interesting note - you call and make an appointment, he comes out. He looks at your house and sees it doesn't really need to be washed - he tells you that and leaves.
