I just finished working with these guys and I wanted to warn others about them.

I signed a contract with them on 4/21. After at least 12 excuses (truck broke down, raining, other job to do...) the work was finally completed on 8/2. I finally told them I would get a lawyer if they did not get the work completed. That worked.

They initially wanted 50% down which I gave them. Seems they used my money to pay off a prior landscaping job. They asked for the remainder before they even started the work. Naturally I said NO. They started working on other jobs to get the money for my palm trees and plants.

Their work turned out very nice, but I would NOT recommend them. They seem to rob Peter to pay Paul as the saying goes.

Find another landscaper to work with.

There are many threads on this site about this company! It is best to look through TOTV before hiring any company. This company you had problems with has been in the news for arrests and the stories on TOTV about them are endless. Please do due diligence before hiring.
