Scam Alert: DirecTV
 

I have been trying to deal with DirecTV for the last two months and it has only gotten worse.

When I signed up with DirecTV, I got a 24 month promotional credit. It showed up on my bill for the first 13 months. Then it stopped. Their newest exchuse as to why I am not entitled to the credit is I have to have 2 AT&T services to qualify. They even say it was in the contract. I have the contract....it is not there. Sounds like a scam to me!!

There is a lot of that going around with a number of contractors, repair people, etc in every field
