Good; I really hope Gov. Scott reassigns every death penalty case that LOSER hopes to prosecute. She is a disgrace to the judicial system.

GOOD.....Our system is work'in here in Florida.

My Question !!!

Why didn't someone ask her the question on "Death Penalty" prior to the election??? This could have saved the Florida people a lot of money in court...

I think she came from somewhere else to run for Office here in Florida.

It may have been asked, either way...........it is her duty to follow the laws of the state.

Will be interesting if she continues.

You have to follow the spirit of the law even if you do not agree with it. I said spirit not letter. Laws usually leave a lot of room for interpretation, context and common sense. As well as how they will probably be used in future contexts.

She's from the generation of "I'll do things my way." I met her on the campaign trail and didn't like her. Hope she is not re-elected.

kcrazorbackfan 09-01-2017 08:12 PM

Her office has already spent $400,000 in her suit against Gov. Scott. That was a complete waste of money; she knew that was a fight she couldn't win. Idiot.

Ayala brought on this firestorm from the Governor when she announced she wasn't going to seek the death penalty for cop killer Markeith Loyd (the Police should have killed that sonofabitch when they had the chance).
