Who Is Available

We have a slight leak that ends up in an approximate 1 foot square water spot on the carpet by the wall. Called Restoration and they recommended having the source looked at by original Builder/Siding Contractor. Called The Villages Warranty Dept and they gave us the name. Called them and they said it looked like a "roofing" problem. Called roofing contractor who replaced our roof 3 years ago and they said it was a Builder problem. Had recommendation to call Sacks Builders for independent view. Called them and they said they would come and look, gave day and approximate time. Never showed up !! Does anyone know of someone that is a responsible company that would provide an independent view?

Call Scott Smith Roofing 225-6604 and ask for Ben. They came the same day and fixed our leak. Good luck!

Please excuse my bluntness ........... but, you should have called your insurance agent. Similar problem for us and the insurance company handled everything.

Call The Villages POA their number is in the bulletin you find at the end of your driveway. They may not fix it themselves but I'M sure they can point you in the right direction as far as what can be done.
