Need a dentist that takes United Concordia Dental insurance
 
Does anyone have United Concordia dental insurance (state of Maryland plan)? Looking for a good dentist that takes this insurance.

Try Dr. Forrest Jerkins, 3360 US Hwy 441/27, Fruitland Park, FL 34731, 352-728-8881; we have United Concordia and use him, a really good dentist.

Called United Concordia. They said Dr. Jerkins is not a network provider.

Before calling Aspen Dental, do a search on this website. Odds are, they'll tell you, your mouth is in bad shape and will require $18,000 in work before we can do any preventive maintenance. We have an excellent finance department and you can make monthly payments, so don't worry about the costs.
