Lowes and Aldis
 

What is the status of the Lowes and Aldis being built on 466A? Was hoping they would be open this winter but haven't seen any info on either one.

There was an article about Trailwinds Village on 466A posted on 8/29/2017 in the online news source that cannot be named here. According to the article, Lowes is under construction and is expected to open in February. Aldis and ABC Liquors are also to be opening stores, but no opening dates were listed.

Thank you for the update. If they were being built by TV they would have already been open!!

I don't think so. Speed of building those stores is controled by the stores corporation....they decide when to build and when to open and project manage the contractor.

The Lowes started construction about 3 months ago. The other buildings have not broke ground yet. Since many of the smaller businesses will be occupying rental space built by the Barclay Group they are probably waiting until they have more space rented before construction will start. I know Jersey Mikes Subs have taken one of those spaces. As far as Aldis, ABC Liquors and Circle K you can see from the plot plan they are in freestanding buildings, so I wouldn't know why they have yet to start.

Good to hear that the southern part of TV is getting a Jersey Mike's location -- excellent subs!

When I drove past there yesterday, silt fencing and port-a-johns had been installed at the site the map designates as Aldi's. Perhaps they will start construction soon.
