Acrylic paint on carpet!! HELP!

Was touching up some furniture with dark brown acrylic craft paint like you can get at Joanne's and Hobby Lobby (not house painting/professional grade). I put down some plastic but still ended up getting a few small spots on the carpet, spots that dried fast. :( This is a light colored burber carpet. What can I do?

Have you tried WD 40? It will take finger nail polish off. Test a small area.

Finger nail polish might take out color. Try Spot Shot, an aerosol available at Walmart and Publix. It won't take out color and may with several applications help you with this.

Resolve for carpets is worth a try. It's amazing.

Use TECH which can be found at ACE hardware. Put a few drops on the spot and blot repeating the process a needed do not rub or smear. This has worked for me for over 30 years. Good Luck Len
