You are concentrating on the wrong details Tal. I don't know who is to blame for his behavior, but it is HIS behavior that is troubling. We can choose to ignore it as Obama did for the most part. We can choose names to call people such as hawks and doves, or we can arm ourselves and appear to be strong and powerful. Or we can send some folks in under the cover of night to disable his power.......................But right now he is making a lot of people .........SITTING DUCKS.
