I Can't Believe How Nice
 

Otis and I are in the Villages. We arrived last Friday. The Grantham I was counting on was sold Friday at 5:30 PM. I rented a patio villa and it's in Mullbury for the month of October. I told my Realtor, John Stamper you will have to pick me up here and I will take you to breadfest because I will never find you here. After breadfest he knew I also liked the Jasmine II. One was just released with a villa wall on two sides. It had all the options allready installed. I'm not going to loose this one and by 10:00 AM I had the deal closed up. I close this coming Friday. I'm so excited I want to sleep on the floor. I'm using my lap top at the Rec. Center now. I'll keep you all posted when I get settled in. My Realtor John Stamper which I found on Talk of The Villages is just the best. I was looking for the add for the person that made the Star-Board house signs but the add is gone now. I bought in St. Charles right off of Bonita Trail. It took fifteen months to sell my home in Massachusetts.
I thank all my friends on Talk of The Villages for all this information. And for the Talk Host. At about 11:30 last night I could not believe how long they blow that "Train Whisell". No need for that.

A great big welcome Jim and Otis, from one pug lover to another!!! I had a pug for 17 years. My favorite kind of dogs (although I love them all) St. Charles is a beautiful area. You're right down the road from us -- so, howdy neighbor! :wave:

:pepper2::pepper2:Glad you made it down OK. My Daughter lives in Fulton 38 degrees last night. What a difference. I think you'll like the Jasmine II my wife and I bought one and closed 1 month ago in Bonita. What Village are you in? See you at Crispers Friday.
