Actually I have no idea if he has any connection. That is how a Project like this operates. You contact people with an idea and what they do with it is up to them. Been contacting people since 1991 around May or even earlier.

Would have to explain the 224 613 Project quite a bit more to someone like Bill Gates. And I am missing some of the pieces in the puzzle which is this almost 27 year Project.
