Beautiful Courtyard Villa located in TV of St James available for long term rental beginning on 11/1.
You will have access to the entire house excluding the master bedroom which will be occupied by the female owner.
Great location and neighborhood.
Please, no pets or smokers.
$1,800 per/mnth plus SD includes all utilities and taxes.

Doubt it matters. For $1,800 a month you can rent an entire home to yourself.
