Is there a volunteer service or transportation service to drive villagers to/from locations in the villages, rec centers, doctors, etc.?

There is spotty coverage also by UBER, it appears we have lots of people willing to use the service, but a limited number of drivers.

Uber & Lyft are usually available during normal hours, they retire for the evening early!
