Complaint A Step Above Lawn Pest & Termite
 

I have had the services of A Step Above Lawn Pest & Termite LLC for a year. I had all their services, except for mowing. I was particularly interested in shrub and weed trimming. They did a terrible job on shrub trimming which led me to believe that they weren't doing the rest of the services. Their man performing the trimming was very rude to my wife and me. The manager never responded to my complaints. I canceled my service today and the manager laughed at me. Don't waste your money on this company
