False claims certainly happen. And also where there was no intent to molest like when a hand bumps a fanny of woman going through a crowd at a party.

Al Franken is kind of hard to believe with his denials in some of these most recent situations.

But the groper in chief -- Donald John Trump-- is even harder to disbelieve.
