This is simple to do, ACE actually has a kit with the masonry drill, the inserts and the screws. Simply drill the holes, tap in the inserts and insert the screws, Have done this many times, for myself and neighbors. Now before you ask, I have absolutely no time until after the holidays, sorry.

The kits to which Tinker refers are called TAPCON screws. They work well and relatively easy. Before you ask, lol, I am having a knee replacement Tuesday so I am out also.

Actually, I was not referring to tapcon screws, while these can work, in some cases these screws are too big (the heads) for hangers to slip over the screws. As I mentioned the kits at ACE are in a plastic case, have several screws, the correct plastic inserts and the correct size concrete bit. This is the easiest way to get the correct parts. I have a kit from Harbor Freight, which uses an odd size concrete bit.
