Top people in the FBI compromised themselves for political purposes which is both a dangerous thing and an unforgivable one.

Its dangerous because you have an enforcement agency that has shown has the capacity to destroy its political enemies and it is unforgivable in that those perpetrators ought to be dealt with for their criminality to ensure it doesn't happen again.

And what abut the caliber and character of the top FBI officials when they gave Clinton her pass after admitting she was careless, irresponsible, reckless with national security.

That is who the issues with the FBI are contained/those politically motivated/incented/inspired....not the folks who are the boots on the ground FBI.
