On The first Tee
 

So I was on the first tee this AM waiting to tee off when I looked to the heavens and called upon God. I said Lord God can you find in your heart to help me execute a pure shot or two?

And Lord God can you find it in your heart to guide me to properly set my blade so that perhaps I might claim one or two " one putts".

And O Lord God can you help me in my quest to lower my handicap

I had to stop praying as I was up. Feeling confident and assured God had heard my plea I swung away topping the ball.

I noted on my downswing that God had indeed heard my prayer and he was answering as he whispered in my ear

And the Lord God asked "Well what exactly have you done for me lately"?:sigh:
