Gas War on 466

Since the new Wawa opened, the 2 Shell stations and Murphy oil have lowered their prices to match Wawa--Wawa seems to be the leader

Best prices in TV

Prices don't look like a war, not even a battle.

And Wawa will always win. They have a corporate policy to be the lowest price gas and will continue to drop the price until the others cry uncle. I saw this in Northern VA where a BP station tried to beat them. This was back when gas was about $3.50 a gallon and Wawa went to $1.79 before the BP quit. It will go back to normal and Wawa will remain a few tenths of a cent below all the others.

They will always have the lowest price around, but only just a small amount lower.

in NJ Wawa was always the lowest price and never had an up-charge for using a credit card like most other stations did.

Wawa always had the best gas prices in PA. So glad to see them here. I now travel to Wawa from Brownwood for gas as Marathon is too expensive

I was motoring down Rt 301 yesterday and gas up at a WaWa on 301 and filled the tank $2.18. That's pretty darn good.

Time some of the gas guzzlers drive 15-20 miles round trip to save a cent or two a gallon from their nearest gas station, they are out of pocket.

Gas $2.21 at Walmart.

Wawa, Murphy, 2 Shells all want you to get your gas there. But it's not for the gas sales; it is for the huge profits made on the inside.

$2.18 on 441

The different WaWa's in NJ often have different pricing on gas (within the same town.) The manager told me that has to do with the wholesale price that station paid and the date of purchase vs. the WaWa down the street. I often use the app Gas Buddy on my phone to find the cheapest gas. Delta stations often beat WaWa's price, but WaWa beats Shell and Bp on the same road.

Passed station today $2.16.

For me to get involved with that screwed up traffic at 301 & 466 to save a few 10ths of a cent per gallon at WaWa is just not worth it to me, just my humble opinion. The station across from Walmart is just fine for me... in and out, wham, bam!

rubicon 12-21-2017 05:50 AM

I paid $2.18 for gas at Sam's last Saturday.

the Shell's on 466 are selling at $2.18

Stations on 441 selling at 2.18

WaWa is at a very busy intersection

I can't drive my golf cart to WaWa

I wish WaWa had located toward 466A or better to Feeney

I want to go back to paying $.25 a gallon and getting my oil checked and my windshield cleaned while the attendant filled my tank:D

and I want the oil companies to return that 1/10 of cent, that they garb for themselves and return it to me because over the years it adds up:D

Personal Best Regards:
