Foreign Policy reports Special Counsel Robert Mueller's team has information that White House Counsel Don McGahn likely knew national security advisor Michael Flynn broke the law as early as January.

In the very first days of the Trump presidency, Don McGahn researched federal law dealing both with lying to federal investigators and with violations of the Logan Act, a centuries-old federal law that prohibits private citizens from negotiating with foreign governments, according to three people with direct knowledge of the confidential government documents.

The records that McGahn turned over to the special counsel indicate he researched both statutes and warned Trump about Flynn’s possible violations.

Yet for almost nine months, the White House has said that the president did not know of Flynn’s actions.

All this brings back into question what President Trump knew about Michael Flynn's activities and conversations when he encouraged FBI Director James Comey to let the Flynn matter go and then when he ultimately fired Comey in May.

If those who complain about Trump and parrot all the anti-Trump venom had no complaints during the Obama 8 years then they really ought to save their hypocritical BS for each other, hence sparing them public embarassment!!

No drama Obama had zero scandals in the White House for 8 solid years. Trump has had a scandal a month. None, of course, as important as treason.

Obama was protected BECAUSE he was black. And he gave a LOT of people a LOT of money. He gave away over $40 trillion in 8 years...adding $10 trillion of new debt.

Not sure of the relativity here, but heck....add Benghazi, emails and you are pretty much tuned in to the defense for the current administration.

This administration is simply un American, divisive and self serving. I am of an age where I can recall much of our history, the scandals, lying, attacks on our country are simply unprecedented, no matter what you say.
