Some libraries do have a few of these Great Courses and they are worth a look. Try a Lecture Series From The Great Courses This Summer | Los Angeles Public Library

This one came out quite recently. Law School for Everyone

There are some good courses on here about Politics and Political Theory. Library Systems in some of the Villages' libraries have these courses. I have checked some of these out.
