Has ANYONE had experience with this company online?
My husband has a bug in his head about buying these mattresses without benefit of trying them out. The reviews ON THE SITE are positive but I don't trust that alone.
You CANNOT try them in the store.
BBB has 2 pos and 1 neg review since 2011???
I don't want this to be a bone of contention between us but the thought of this being some kind of bogus deal is overwhelming.
They claim to be from Westport, Conn.
HELP!

I bought a king size Saatva mattress for one of my homes. It is very comfortable and high quality. I think it was $1200 and compares to $2000 mattresses I have owned previously.

I read that they are innerspring mattresses. Is this the kind of mattress that bounces when you turn over in bed?

We purchased a mattress and love it! Customer service was outstanding.
